Resolute Investment Management ('RIM') is a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager, authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investment Management Services
RIM offers a full range of Investment Management services, while making use of the connections and expertise of the wider Resolute Group.
Services include:

Assistance with the initiating and launching of AIFs

Attractive investment propositions that include different risk and return profiles

Sound portfolio and risk management practices that meet AIF requirements
Portfolio Management
Once an AIF is up and running, RIM will undertake the execution of the agreed investment straregy.
In the case of a Sponsor initated Fund, the Sponsor can:

Act as an investment advisor while RIM oversees Portfolio and Risk Management

Delegate Portfolio Management to another regulated entity while RIM supervises and provides Risk Management
In cases of Sponsor lead Funds, RIM will:​

Partner with the Investment Advisor or Portfolio Manager

Monitor and review the Investment Process, as disclosed to investors

Ensure the investment strategy is executed as requested

Supervise and assume responsibility for delegated activities
Fund Set-up Support
During the set-up phase of Sponsor lead AIFs, RIM will:

Assign a dedicated project manager to analyse the Sponsors needs, before then offering effective advice on regulatory compliance issues and an appropriate fund structure

Draft the prospectus in partnership with the Sponsor

Assist in the selection of all external service providers
Risk Management
RIM's Risk Management Team implements policies and procedures to:

Identify asset and AIF related risks
-
Set appropriate risk limits in line with the risk profile of AIFs as disclosed to investors

Conduct all required tests and reporting on findings
-
Remain within set AIF risk limits and take appropriate action if needed

Ensure an independent and honest valuation process

Supply risk reports to investors, the governing body of the AIF Manager, and the Regulation
